Refund policy
We give 14 days for you to return your item.

If an item arrives damaged, a mistake has been made on your order, or the item is faulty, then please contact us.
You will have 14 days from receiving your order in which to inspect any goods and inform us if any item is faulty upon arrival. It is your responsibility to inform us of any defects in your order. If no communication is made within 14 days, we will consider this item as accepted by you, the customer. If we hear from you within the allotted time frame regarding a defective item, you will qualify for a replacement or we can resolve the issue with a refund upon approval. All items must still be in the same condition in which they were received.
You must provide us with a tracking number before we dispatch a replacement item.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, including sizing issues. As a small independent business, we’re unable to cover return postage, so this cost is the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.
If a return is due to a mistake on our behalf, we will provide you with a shipping label or will reimburse you.
